Tech left muddy footprints down the hallway and the thermostat still reads three degrees off. I nearly posted this on Google but I'd rather you fix it first.

Waited from 8 to 1 and nobody called to say he was running late. The repair itself was fine, the communication was not. Was ready to leave a one-star review, giving you a chance instead.
